I like working in FILKEN as we have many opportunities and platforms to showcase our talents. Sometimes, I can be a singer, sometimes, I can be an actor even create songs for events and more.

Hi guys! My name is Kai Fun, and my position is sales consultant under FILKEN sales department.

I really enjoy working at FILKEN as the workplace environment is great, although I'm just a sales consultant. Besides, everyone help each other and we grow together.

I don't have much to share when it comes to talk about the difference between FILKEN and other companies. Whenever I meet with my friends, they often talk about the "bad culture" in their workplaces. However, working in FILKEN, I didn't experience that kind of stuff that they've mentioned. When there's a conflict, we all come together and solve the problem instead of blaming each other. FILKEN team is almost like a family.

I think communication is the most important thing for my job. Good communication can expresses oneself clearly, which it helps to solve problems and build up relationships with colleagues or clients.

I like working in FILKEN. This is my first job being a desk jockey, which I think it's more easier than my past jobs. The interesting part in FILKEN is we really work as a team. Everyone is willing to help each other when we face any problems.

FILKEN is more likely a school to me. No matter the principle, teacher or students in this 'school', they won't judge a person by his/her past. Everyone in FILKEN are willing to put effort and time to go through every challenge. That's why I love FILKEN.

I've been here for eight years. From past until now, FILKEN has it own vision, mission and values. FILKEN is a very interesting company for me to work. I would like to stay here longer to see how much I can grow together with FILKEN.

I feel that FILKEN is a company with warmth, and it gives people a warm feeling. Whenever I face difficulties, whether in professional or personal matters, there are always people willing to lend a helping hand without expecting anything in return. Giving is more blessed than receiving, and because I've experienced this kind of selfless help from others, when we see someone else in need, we also choose to extend a helping hand without hesitation. I believe this is the most unique and my favorite aspect of our FILKEN team compared to other teams.
