Hello everyone, I'm Lam Mun Keong. I'm 51 years old. At the age of 12, I started working in the workforce. Repairing motors until I was 17 years old. At 17 years old, I switched to welding and started working on wooden transport vehicles. Then I went to Singapore for work from 20 until 39-year-old. I had a total of four different jobs during these 19 years.
After turning 39, I came back to Malaysia. I had been working continuously without any breaks. After taking a year and a half off, I coincidentally joined FILKEN until today.
The reason for me to continue work at FILKEN is the strong spirit to make this company successful. Furthermore, FILLKEN has now established its' effective systems and processes. I'm eager to witness how FILKEN will continue to grow and evolve. So, I will continue to stay in FILKEN and see what will happen to our FILKEN in the future.
The positive work culture we do have in our technician department is unity, comes along with mutual love and affection, not attacking each other, and the most important thing is to help each other.
When it comes to customer service attitude, it's essential to be polite, and provide professional knowledge. Also, we must respect customers and solve customers problem carefully.
The most important attitude is loyalty and having a good attitude. That's the key point.
