Warranty Policy Term and Conditions

for Outdoor Water Filter:

Filken outdoor water filter stainless steel casing is backed by a 10 years warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty period for the filter typically extends for one to three years from the date of invoice, depending on the specific model and subject for approval of our company.

During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts or the entire unit at our discretion, free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will depend on the nature and severity of the defect.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other circumstances beyond normal usage. It also does not cover regular maintenance, such as filter replacements, which are the responsibility of the user.

To file a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a valid receipt or invoice. Contact our customer support team through the provided channels to initiate your claim. Our representatives will guide you through the claim process, which may involve returning the defective unit or parts for inspection.

The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or defective parts and does not cover any indirect or consequential damages.

Repairs required outside the warranty period or for damages not covered by the warranty will be subject to charges. We will provide an estimate of the repair cost before proceeding with any non-warranty repairs.

Filken reserves the right to modify or terminate the warranty policy at any time. Any changes made will not affect the warranty coverage for products purchased prior to the modification or termination.

Compensation for damage caused by our faulty product is generally limited to the value of the product the customer purchased. This means that if a product malfunctions and causes damage, the customer would typically be eligible for compensation maximum capped to the purchase price of the product, rather than being entitled to additional compensation for any consequential damages or losses incurred.

for Indoor Water Filter:

Filken offers one year warranty for our indoor water dispenser and water filter, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal usage. The warranty period is typically one year from the date of invoice and subject for approval of our company.

During the warranty period, FILKEN will repair or replace any defective parts or the entire unit at our discretion, free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will depend on the nature and severity of the defect.
