This was my first time learning about outdoor filters, and I hadn't done any research beforehand, so I didn't know much about them. I was a little worried about being pressured into buying things when I walked into the Puchong showroom 😅 But Joey was very welcoming and patient throughout the explanation. She not only introduced the products but also analyzed them to my specific needs, making it easier for me to understand.
What was best was that the whole process was completely stress-free. She answered all my questions seriously and didn't push me to buy anything. It was a great experience 👍 If you're also like me and don't know anything about them, you can definitely come and check it out. I recommend looking for Joey at the Puchong branch; her service is excellent!

Technician Paul, although he looks very young, is extremely efficient, professional, and meticulous. He explained the process very clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I specifically requested him to install my water filter because my company recently replaced theirs, and he was sent by them to do so. That's how I got to know him. Another time, the water pipe outside the company burst. We needed to call a plumber, but we couldn't find one because it was already evening. I asked him to come and take a look. He even climbed up to the third floor to check and fixed the burst water problem for me. Otherwise, we would have had to wait until the next day for the plumber. So I'm very satisfied with Paul's efficiency and professionalism 👍🏻

I bought the Filken Ultra D M1 from Connie. Installation was done today by Kai & Yusheng and i am impressed with their professional workmanship. It took merely 90mins to get the job done and they clean up my place before leaving. Kudos to the Filken installation team.

Filken installation and service has been superb and friendly. They are willing to take multiple trip to ensure the installation is perfect. For example, the water incoming pipe of my house is old and rusted, filken advised me to get syabas to change it before they install it and I am glad I did.

One of the more affordable undersink water filters around, able to dispense hot and room temperature water. Renee from customer service was good, helpful and responsive from start to end. After the inspection, the water dispenser will truthfully inform that only the parts are loose and not broken, and no parts need to be replaced. They will not just say that the parts are broken and this or that needs to be replaced just to make money. They are trustworthy, honest and reliable.

Visited their showroom at Yishun, Ms Sher patiently and professionally explained all the features. By far this is the most affordable tankless water dispenser with minimalist design in Sg. Filter replacement price including labor are also very affordable. Installation was also done professionally and quickly. Kudos to the team.

Took the leap of faith to try this less heard of brand which is a reputation brand in Malaysia . Customer service Renee is extremely patient to answer all my questions even at night and over the weekend. Love the filter. Save space, sleek, and no need to boil water and price is much more affordable than another brand in the market as well as other brands of water dispenser. This is Revo 2 that comes with 5 temperatures. Highly recommended. But preferably to have PowerPoint under sink if you are intending to renovate your house. Heard that they can also plug the power above if PowerPoint is above sink but aesthetically not so nice if PowerPoint is above as can see the wire. Paid only after installation. Weijie the installer also did a great job! Clean installation and fuss free.

First time using a product from this brand. The taste is very troublesome at the beginning compared to the previous products of Wat####. However, after being shown how to use and maintain it via phone and video by Mr Lawrence @ Filken Puchong, Filken is very easy to maintain and provides very clean water.
