I happened to see my neighbor installing a filter, and his technician said our posts were too jagged and too thick to drill holes. He had to drill directly through the tops, which I found unsightly. My neighbor and I share the same plasterer, so we faced the same problem. I then contacted Filken and arranged for Ah Pang to come and take a look. He said the installation was possible, but it would take a while. On the day of the installation, everything went smoothly, and the workmanship was excellent.

Bought my outdoor water filter and indoor water filter recently. And I would like to share my shopping experience here. In first I only prefer to purchase the outdoor water filter. As the indoor water filter really feels ugly to me hahaha. After purchase for the outdoor water filter. I shop around for other brands like LG / WELLS etc. but ended up I purchased another indoor water filter from them. The reason I decided to go with the additional purchase is because of the personality of the sales person. Angela was very helpful and provided detailed explanations. Appreciate her help a lot. Hope you guys can upgrade the indoors filter to a better look hahaa.
